Pool

The 2026 season runs from Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, August 23.

This outdoor facility features a zero-depth splash pool, a separate lap pool, and concessions. A playground and picnic area are also located just outside the facility. The West St. Paul pool has free public WiFi available. Unfortunately, the slide will be closed indefinitely. Please note that inflatables, tubes, or the like are not allowed in the pool.

• Saturday, May 30 - Friday, June 12: 
  • Weekends: 1-7pm
  • Weekdays: 3-7pm
• Saturday, June 13 - Friday, August 14:
  • Weekends and Weekdays: 12-7pm
• Saturday, August 15 - Sunday, August 23:
  • Weekends: 12-6pm
  • Weekdays: 2-6pm
• July 4: Open 12-4pm

**Please note that a photo ID is required for anyone over the age of 16.
**You must be at least 10 years old to enter the pool without an adult or chaperone over 16 years of age.

Season Passes (2026 Pricing)

Resident
Individual: $60.00 + tax

Family* (Up to 5 members): $200.00 + tax
Each Additional Member:      $25.00 + tax

Non-Resident

Individual: $80.00 + tax

Family* (Up to 5 members): $275.00 + tax
Each Additional Member:     $40.00 + tax

*Note: Family passes are for members who live in the same household.  A photo ID is required for proof of residency.

Water Exercise

We will again offer water exercise (WEX) classes at the pool with YMCA instructors. Classes will run from June 16 to August 13 and are 45 minutes each. Classes are $6 each class (10am and 11am = $12) or $40 for a punch card of 10 classes valid for the 2026 pool season. Actual class instructor may change without prior notice. 

• Tuesdays: 10 am with Susan, 11 am with Mary (Salsa Splash)
• Thursdays: 10 am with Lori, 11 am with Kassie

Private Rentals

The pool is available for private rentals during the dates and times found in this calendar. The two-hour rental is $250 (resident) / $300 (non-resident) + $100 damage deposit, which is available for return if the facility rules are followed and the space is left the way it was found. Rental includes full use of both pools for up to 50 guests. Parties larger than 50 guests require an additional lifeguard for a $50 fee. Outside food and beverages can be brought in for guests (no glass allowed), or limited food and beverages can be purchased from concessions. Rentals must be made at least 14 days in advance online. Private rentals are contingent on our ability to secure proper staffing levels. 

Group Use

Several youth groups attend open swimming sessions throughout the week. During group times, large numbers of kids may be using the pool. The YMCA staffs extra lifeguards during these times, so safety is never an issue. 

*Groups of 15+, please make advance phone contact with the pool to ensure space. We may have to decline large group use based on capacity factors or lifeguard availability.
