Services

All sanitary & storm sewer utility work outside a building requires a sewer permit. Sewer permits can be completed online only. Any work within the right-of-way, regardless of being trenchless or open trench, requires a right-of way permit at https://servicescc.co.dakota.mn.us/OneStopRoadwayPermit/
