2026 Mill and Overlay - CP 26-3

Project Map for County Project 26-3 shows the project areas.


The City of West St. Paul has contracted with McNamara Contracting, Inc. out of Rosemount, MN, for the mill and overlay project in your neighborhood.  You will receive additional information by mail once a construction start date is known.  Regardless of the start date, the project will be completed no later than early July 2026.  Please note that on-street parking will not be allowed during construction.
