The alley south of Mina Street, west of Smith Avenue, will be fully reconstructed this year. The City of West St. Paul has contracted with Veit USA to reconstruct the alley. Veit is required to complete the work within 30 calendar days from start to finish. Their start date cannot be later than September 1, 2026. Due to this approach, there will be little to no access to the alley, rear parking, or garages during those 30 days. The anticipated dates of this work and more construction related information will be sent out in April 2026.
